Death in the Archives Ghost Tour Casting Call

The Shenandoah County Library Truban Archives and Theatre Shenandoah are teaming up for National Archives Month 2026! The theme? Death in the Archives! So, we're hosting a historical ghost tour!

Calling actors ages 18 and up for a casting call/interest meeting. If you're interested in interpreting as a historic figure in Shenandoah County during our ghost tour, please come to Theatre Shenandoah on Monday, September 14th at 5:30pm. Scripts will be based on information available in the Truban Archives.

Location: Theatre Shenandoah, 107 Center St, Edinburg, VA

The Ghost Tour will take place on Friday, October 30th from 6-9pm at Union Church Cemetery in Mt. Jackson. Actors will be called at 5pm. For more information, please call the County Library or email mstrassner@countylib.org.
