Vendor Registration for Community Wellness Fair

  • Vendors will be provided with a 6' table, 2 chairs and refreshments

Business & Vendor Details:

  • Set up - Sat, Oct 18 beginning at 8am.
  • Highly Encouraged to have an interactive activity 
  • Provide a "healthy" treat for the attendees - we will invite the community to trick or treat with us
  • Vendors are required to remain the entire time of the Fair.
  • Tables and chairs will be provided
