Topic: Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) presented by Mary Welch-Flores
Every three years, Valley Health joins with community partners to evaluate and gain a better understanding of the health needs of our community and citizens. The information they obtain through the CHNA helps identify health needs, gaps in the availability and accessibility of services, and other findings.
You are invited to participate in the interview process at our meeting. Your voice is valuable and important to us and helps shape our work in the community and our work with our community partners.
Your assistance is needed to ensure the assessment is as thorough and accurate as possible. Hope we can count on you attending.
